This school was really good, i don't like it at south charnwood, i liked it better there than high school.

if ur moving up this year dont be scared it is a great school but i miss thornton soo much i wish i could come back. i hope u guys are doin well. there are lots of great teachers. when u move up this year if u have any problems im always in the canteen. oh by the way if u have hot dinners at charnwood u will need to bring beetween £1-£5

hi just been reading through the messages im missing everyone and dont worry about a thing if your moving up to south charnwood. it is really easy to make friends with both teachers and the pupils. if you have mr whitley as a maths teacher at south charnwood you will have what we call fridays final were you get to win a choclate bar of your chioce and much more.it may look scary at first but you get used to it and always rember to bring a reading book as you always read in tutor time and in english. see you for now bye

Just a quick message 2 say, ive done five years at Thornton and this is my last year. I have enjoyed my time at Thornton School, and ive been involved in, the football team, the cricket team, hockey team, the school council which im in this year and been involved in cross country (Ive not got much stamina).

My best friends are William, Bailey, Jordan. Im very sorry to the ones that are not my best friend but your my friends. I am sad 2 be leaving thornton in 2012 but got my friends coming up with me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !! P.S. Mrs Noon is best teacher in the world, sorry Mr P, And looking forward to being an African in Class 5's Christmas play!!! BYEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

Hey everyone at Thornton, I still miss you guys, especially Mrs Noon, Mrs Anderson and Mr Williams lots and lots! I hope every pupil makes the most of there time at Thornton, as it truly is a great school and i miss it dearly!! I wish I could come back and do it all again but that's not going to happen!! :(

I would like to thank all the teachers new and old for all the great work they have done over the last 15yrs with my 6 children from sidney to morgan being my last to leave i will miss going to primary school just as much as morgan will.
